Bachelor Nation fans got to know and love Daisy Kent as she searched for love on Season 28 of “The Bachelor.”
After her time on the show, Daisy rekindled her romance with her college sweetheart, Thor Herbst, and the two moved into a brand-new home they built together in Las Vegas.
Last year, Daisy shared the exciting news that she and Thor are officially engaged and has been keeping followers updated with their wedding plans ever since.
The bride-to-be recently revealed that they will be having a winter wedding and officially tying the knot this year on December 19th.
This week, she gave more insight into her big day as well as her new book while answering fan questions online.
Asked why she and Thor wanted a winter wedding, Daisy replied, “A few reasons: so certain family members could make it, wanted it to be different & feel like a lot of people don’t do winter, we thought it would be magical & is around a time of year that people love being together.”
Daisy also revealed whether or not any Bachelor Nation stars will be invited, stating, “Yes!! A few of my closest girlfriends from the show ♥️we really only invited people who know both me & Thor since it’s our special day.”
The Bachelor Nation star continued, opening up about a current “passion project” of hers.
She said, “Definitely my newest children’s book!! I’m so excited about it & should be out in the next month or so 🤍.”
As fans recall, Daisy opened up about navigating life with a cochlear implant while on “The Bachelor” and has been spreading awareness ever since. She even wrote a children’s book called “Daisy Doo: All the Sounds She Knew.”
We are so excited for Daisy and can’t wait for her new book to come out. We also can’t wait for her and Thor’s big day — we know it’s going to be beautiful!
